Gabrielle Spence

Aside from being a researcher, student, and data storyteller, Gabrielle enjoys playing the guitar and piano, building furniture out of recycled materials, and roller skating. She has a dog and two cats and loves spending time with her growing family. Her friends endearingly call her a “data nerd” as she routinely applies scientific methods and data analysis techniques to rudimentary activities.

She is the first of her family to be born in the U.S., and is proud to come from a strong line of Jamaican and Indian immigrants. Growing up with this experience has instilled in her the vehement values of unwavering diligence, robust resilience, and substantiated excellence.

She looks forward to making impactful contributions to the future of tech, using this venue as a means to bring social, personal and professional elevation to her community and beyond.
